Safe Mode??? VERY SLOW!

Safe Mode??? VERY SLOW!

Hello I.G everytime i turn on my computer (XP) it turns on in safe mode and safe mode in rly slow.
wen i turn on my computer it dosent even ask me if i wanna run it in normal mode or safe mode?
Does my computer have a problem??

i no sometimes wen im playing ca on my laptop i forget to turn on the charger so the laptop turns off and wen i turn it on again it asks in if it turns on in safe mode or normal mode, and i always chose normal...

But this time its on my destop and it dont even ask me!!
why!!!
the internet dont work in safe mode.
Things that dont work in safe mode:
1.delite things
2.frix stuff
3.open internet
4.internet dont even work

yeh anyone no how to fix it!!!

when you turn on your desktop press f8 (dont stop pressing f8)
untill you get a screen saying
run in safe mode
safe mode with command prompt
etc..
jus choose Start windows Normally
should work

I think I will be starting again to learn c++. I know some basic but it would be mervellous if I could be able to make simple crosshair ans stuff like that. btw you don't need d3d fro crosshair, it won't simply have a on/off button if u don't learn it Wink

yeh my cuzen played around with it now its stuffed, my uncle works with comps his fixing it now and it upgrading it to windows 7!!!
